The cost of the trip is £192 per person for those sharing in a twin room and £232 in a single room. This includes 2 rounds of golf, dinner in the hotel, bed & breakfast and a contribution to the prizes. Numbers are limited to 24.
A deposit of £32 is required to confirm your place on the trip. The balance will be payable approximately 4 weeks prior to the trip.

Competitions & Teams
Competitions
Each day there will be an individual Stableford competition off 95% of Course Handicap.This is based on your Handicap Index at the start of round 1 (and is not affected by any HGS adjustments or any cards submitted for round 1).
There will be a Trip Individual competition taking the total Stableford scores for the two rounds.
The Team competition is for the overall trip, with the best 4 out of 6 scores in each round contributing to the team score.
Darren Priest/Nigel Cooper will be arranging the sweepstakes, with prizes for guessing the total lost balls, total scores of 30 or over, total gross pars, and the winners of each of the two rounds.
Teams
The theme for the teams this year is World Space Week (4th to 10th October 2026), with the four team names being: Saturn, Jupiter, Mars and Uranus.
Teams were drawn on a seeded basis at the golf day at Filey on 25th September:

The Orders of Play for the two rounds were drawn at Filey. As usual, members were not drawn with any other player more than once (buggy demands may require agreed changes).
